Strata council software
This software helps strata councils carry out projects for and manage activities of strata owners. The software consists of thirteen programs, split into two menus. Like all GenRe programs, you can modify screens, add fields and create reports to suit your specific needs. The first menu:

It is recommended that the two menus be activated into their original menus, 5 and 6 respectively. The strata owners screen is designed for 17-inch or wider monitors:
The status and options may be changed to whatever descriptions needed. Check boxes (Pets, Complaints, etc.) may be changed too. Up to 50 check boxes may be activated for each screen. There is a provision for two pictures. Their dimensions may be changed via the [hammer] icon. The accounts screen:
To view how amounts are summed up, click the [hammer] and show the designer panel:
Click the [Create] command so that its details appear on the panel:
Then click [Command Editor] to show the calculations:
Whenever you activate more amount fields, you must also add instructions to add them to the total amount. The Activities screen:
This screen records all correspondence:
When you click [Special] and [Documents]....
...you will be able to index emails, Word and Excel files connected to the record. An excellent method of organizing documents.
The pets registry with pictures:
Two reports are included. From the main menu, go to the report manager. The reports have IDs 116 and 117. For sample on how to create or update reports, refer to home page of this website and click the link Creating Reports.
