Appointment, Task and Reminder Icons
The poster icon displays appointments:
Click on any poster to show its details:
You can modify, delete or minimize a poster. Delete button removes the appointment. Close button closes the poster but retains the task on file. Reminder The reminder icon activates the reminder module and display a strip on top right side of the screen:
Whenever an appointment or task is due, a ring tone sounds off and the task details pop up. You can choose a tune by clicking [Stop] and selecting one from the drop down list.
Entering Tasks and Appointments The [Task] icon opens the Weekly Planner module, for entering tasks and appointments.
Clicking a cell lists all appointments from the time onwards and opens a window for entering new appointments.
You can choose a person to be responsible for a task:
If a task is linked to a database record, the corresponding record is displayed along with the task. The weekly planner includes time zones:
