Let's review a sample data entry program:
Once you enter a record key as in 10010 above, [Create] button is enabled. Click it to write the record. You can add your own specific instructions such as checking for required data items, valid dates, range of numbers or displaying your own warning or error messages. Specific instructions are appended to create, modify, delete and compute command buttons. The instructions are explained in another section.
